Edmonton Economic Development Corp. (EEDC) is a not-for-profit company owned by the City of Edmonton that is responsible for regional economic development, regional tourism marketing, and management of the Shaw Conference Centre and Edmonton Research Park.

Greater Edmonton was effectively showcased to Toronto students as “unique” and “hip” in an unprecedented multi-partner recruitment campaign that ended in April. Edmonton Economic Development Corp. (EEDC) and the City of Edmonton — together with 18 other stakeholders — launched a targeted, one-month marketing campaign to 300,000-plus students at seven post-secondary schools in Toronto.
