The Edmonton Film Office is pleased to serve as your liaison to make film projects happen here. Think of us as your facilitators.

We act as your contact with local businesses. We interface with the City of Edmonton and the Government of Alberta, to facilitate permissions for local productions. We also work closely with the Alberta Film Commission, which is located in Edmonton.

DEDfest is Canada's only pure horror film festival. It will showcase the best in independent horror features and short films from around the world. The DEDfest Horror Film Festival will be taking place from August 19 - 21 at the Myer Horowitz Theatre at the University of Alberta.
