WINE BARS
4th & Vine Wine Bar & Bistro: This sophisticated yet casual wine bar and bistro is unique to Edmonton. Enjoy a glass of wine from the fabulous wine list or sit down to a full meal from a menu of Alberta cuisine where each entrée comes with a suggested wine pairing. 4th & Vine also holds weekly functions, such as Tuesday night wine tastings where patrons can sample up to eight wines accompanied by four food pairings and on Sundays, they hold a weekly Movie Night, with a different film chosen each week.

BiBO: The smallest wine bar in Canada, BiBO seats only 10 people inside and six on the patio and has a maximum capacity of 20 so it’s an excellent venue to rent for an intimate private party. The wine list consists of approximately fifteen different reds and thirteen different whites that are constantly rotated on a weekly basis. You will also find sparkling wine, champagne, port, dessert wines and single malt scotch. BiBO features simple tapas, cheeses, and handmade charcuterie. Formerly known as Passa Tempo, this eclectic, bohemian wine bar is located next door to Culina Restaurant in Millcreek.

Moriarty’s Bistro & Wine Bar: The sleek and elegant décor welcomes guests to this small bistro on Rice Howard Way downtown. Open since December 2009, Moriarty’s is the fourth establishment in Edmonton to install and operate an Enomatic Wine Pouring and Preservation system which allows wine served by the glass to be preserved for a longer period of time.

The Bothy: Open late 2009 and boasting one of Edmonton's first Enomatic systems, The Bothy offers over 25 wines by the glass. The scotch and wine bar also utilizes a system called Perlage which allows inexpensive or highly prized sparkling wines and champagnes to be opened and continue to be served at the same just-opened quality for many weeks, which allows The Bothy to offer up to six sparkling wines by the glass at any time. Must-see: the wall of whisky which plays host to a selection of over 100 whiskies!

Zenari’s: Located downtown in the Manulife Building, Zenari's is a bustling, order-at-the-counter Italian deli restaurant, decorated with colourful murals and huge posters of Italy. There is a cozy little wine bar where you can enjoy your meal with beer or wine.

en Santé Winery: en Santé is Alberta's first and only organic-fruit cottage winery located in the Brosseau area, about two hours northeast of Edmonton. The Chrapko family has been producing organic fruits and wines for over a decade. They boast a long, proud tradition of honest, hand-crafted, environmentally-friendly food production. Kohler Brewing Company: Kohler Brewing Company Inc. was established in 2009 in Edmonton. Kohler Lager, based on a Kohler family recipe originally from Germany, is a pure beer with no additives or fillers. One of the most prominent and respected brew masters in North America, Eric Buehner, guides the brewing process for Kohler Lager. Mr. Buhner has received numerous medals and awards throughout his distinguished career including Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals from the North American Brewers Association.

Nov 4 - 6 - Edmonton Rocky Mountain Wine & Food Festival. The Edmonton Grand Tasting Hall will feature an extensive selection of wine, scotch, port, beer and sensational food samples. This year's beverage sampling will feature hundreds of wines from all over the world. A large assortment of spirits, liqueurs, port, import and micro-brewed beer will also be featured.
