Nomination Process

The YWE nomination process involves a four step qualifying procedure that selects the winners within each award category. This qualifying process is necessary because there are well over a thousand nominations each year, and only a handful of winners.

1. Nomination - the first step of the qualifying process is the actual nomination.

2. HR return forms - this is an opportunity for your company to give their thoughts on your nomination.

3. Online Evaluation - don't worry, it's quick and easy!  

4. YWE Interview - it's not an interogation! Think of it as a conversation!
