What are the You're Welcome Edmonton Awards all about?

The annual You’re Welcome Edmonton awards recognize employees and volunteers in the service industry who promote the greater Edmonton area through excellent customer service.

Customer service can mean many things to many different people. Exceptional customer service can mean delivering that special meal in culinary services, making that room feel extra special in housekeeping, or making a dining experience a memorable evening.
